Now, add up your score then scroll down

If you scored 6-10 or higher
You may have a problem with daytime sleepiness.
However, a score below this does not mean you don't have a problem

The following questions are for you or your family:

  • Do you feel tired and groggy in the morning?
  • Are you overweight or do you have a large neck?
  • Have you been observed to choke, gasp or hold your breath while sleeping?
  • Are you a loud, habitual snorer?
  • Are you often sleepy during waking hours?

I think I have sleep apnea, now what?
